At PivotProof™, we're proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders. Your upgrade to high-density support comes with zero shipping costs. However, if you wish to expedite your order, express shipping is also available at checkout.

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-2 business days to process and dispatch your order after it's placed. An order is considered dispatched when it's handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your address.

During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

The estimated delivery time refers to the overall transit time after your order has been dispatched to the carrier. Delivery time depends on your location:

🇺🇸 United States: 8-12 business days

🇨🇦 Canada: 10-15 business days

🇦🇺 Australia: 8-12 business days

🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 10-14 business days

🇳🇿 New Zealand: 10-14 business days

Please note: During peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays outside our control. International shipments may encounter customs delays that could increase delivery time beyond the estimates above.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It's your responsibility to ensure shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in delayed processing or order cancellation.

If our system detects an address issue: Our customer support team will email you within 3 business days to verify your shipping details. If we don't receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you notice an error: Email us at hello@averon.com.au within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee we can make adjustments after this timeframe.

Delayed Delivery

At PivotProof™, we understand that receiving your order quickly matters to you. We ship all orders as fast as possible. However, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Unexpected courier delays or transit issues
  • Severe weather conditions or transportation disruptions
  • Product availability issues
  • Address verification problems
  • Payment processing delays

We'll notify you immediately if we encounter any issues that may delay your order. We'll also work with the courier to ensure your package is delivered as soon as possible.

Please note: PivotProof™ is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. However, we'll always keep you updated on your order status and provide assistance to resolve any issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating lost or stolen packages can be. Once we hand your package to our courier partners, it's out of our direct control.

If your package is lost or stolen:

  1. Contact us at hello@averon.com.au immediately
  2. Reach out to the courier company directly to file a claim
  3. We'll contact the courier on your behalf to follow up and provide updates

Most courier companies have a claims process for lost or stolen packages and may require additional information from you.

Please note: PivotProof™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping, and these situations fall outside our refund policy. However, we'll do everything we can to assist you in resolving the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package is not found or delivered.

If the package is not found, we recommend filing a police report.
