We believe in the effectiveness of our high-density insoles, and we encourage you to test them for at least 2-3 weeks so your feet can adjust to proper support and you can experience the full benefits.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will have already entered the processing phase.

If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We're confident PivotProof™ will change how your feet feel on court. We encourage you to try them for at least 2-3 weeks (several matches and practice sessions) so you can experience the difference high-density support makes.

If you're still unhappy after testing them and wish to return the items, you may do so within 90 days of your purchase.

Please note: Shipping fees are not refundable. We cover return shipping for you.

How To Start A Return

To speed things up, please provide:

  • Your Order Number, OR
  • The Name and Email Address used to place the order

We'll send you return instructions and process your refund as soon as we receive the insoles back.

Damaged Items

We take great care packaging PivotProof™ to prevent damage during shipping. We consider an item damaged if:

  • It has a manufacturing defect
  • The product is physically broken or torn

Note: Damaged packaging (dented boxes, crushed mailers, etc.) with a product in good condition is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Email hello@averon.com.au with a clear photo of the damage
  • We'll determine if you're eligible for a free replacement

We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

While we work hard to deliver your order quickly, we cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays outside our control, including:

  • Courier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Weather or other factors during transit

If you experience problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It's your responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.

If your address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, you will not be entitled to a resend or refund.
