Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to
an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this
timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will have already entered the processing phase.
If you cancel your order within
24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take great care packaging
StoneStep™ to prevent damage during shipping. We consider an item damaged if:
• It has a manufacturing defect
• The product is physically broken or torn
Note: Damaged packaging (dented boxes, crushed mailers, etc.) with a product in good condition is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
• Email hello@averon.com.au with a clear photo of the damage
• We’ll determine if you’re eligible for a free replacement
We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
While we work hard to deliver your order quickly, we cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays outside our control, including:
• Courier delays
• Customs processing
• Weather or other factors during transit
If you experience problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.
If your address is incorrect and
